Band Biography
First Class Coffin was born out of an unusual encounter. Diggy Bones, the roaming skeletal rocker, was looking for a place to sleep for the night. He stumbled upon the Von Don Estate and started digging up graves in the graveyard. Instead of finding rest, he found a deep affection for the zombies and skeletons he found there. One night shortly thereafter, Vinny Von Don noticed a deep blue glow in the forest. Upon exploration, he came across Diggy. After a short, awkward exchange about why Diggy was dancing with Vinny’s skeletal aunt Matilda, the two became fast friends, bonding over their mutual love of music and goth culture. Vinny had an outlet for his anger through his metal band Altered Evil, but he longed for a way to express his glam side. With centuries of experience writing glam, goth, and emo (you ever listen to Organum? Yeah, that was Diggy), Diggy brought his talents to First Class Coffin. United by their love of romance, death, werewolves, and vengeful whales, First Class Coffin emerged! Blending Glam-thick Gothic Rock and Halloween Pop, they are fully embalmed in the vintage vibes of the ’80s and ’90s.

Vinny Von Don – Lead Singer, Primary Lyricist, and Guitarist
Vincent Von Don, also known as “Vinny The Vampire,” is an ageless vampire of the Von Don Family. Mentally about 25 years old, he is now the sole owner of the Von Don Estate. Shouldered with responsibility, Vinny does his best to stop the destruction of his home by the fearful townsfolk by not participating in traditional vampiric behavior. Instead, he chooses a relatively peaceful life, finding joy in simple things like farming blood grass, playing video games, and creating content with his friends for the Altered Evil YouTube channel. By breaking the cycle that drives the battle between good and evil, Vinny has much more time for music. Stoic and introspective at times, sarcastic and loud at others, Vinny is an enigma.

Diggy Bones – Lyricist, Vocalist, Bassist, Programmer, and Songwriter
Diggy is a thousandish years old. We think. Well, as far as we can tell. Any way about it, he is just bones now. Well, bones and a ghostly blue glow. And hella cool boots and leather jacket. And a bass. A very cool bass. Over the years, Diggy has been many things and done many things, but his most recent passion is new fangled rock and roll, especially when it deals with death, the dead, and the undying, all things close to his now lifeless heart. Speaking of heart, have you seen Matilda? That dame is fire! Never saw a better set of ribs…
